Return Policy
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase.
If you are not happy with your new lamp, you must contact us within the first 7 days of it being delivered. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping fees for returns might be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund and notify you via email. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. We thank you for your business and hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at elaynelightening@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we may send you a return shipping label dependent on location (if you do not receive a return label you will be liable for the return costs) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Simply return items locally: 1) get the return code or label, 2) wait for the local pickup service or bring your package to the designated service point, and 3) finally wait for the local warehouse will confirm receipt of your returned package. The free return service is not available in all countries. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you purchase. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been installed or assembled
- Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
- Light Bulbs
- Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)
