1. How do I place an order?
Simply add the products to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.

2. Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email we send you.

4. What payment methods do you accept? Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.) and you can also pay with PayPal. Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

5. When should I book an appointment with an electrician for light fixture?
We strongly recommend holding off your electrician appointment until after you have received your order. Meanwhile, please inspect the items you received and make tests before installation.

6. What is the warranty of your products?
All products sold on elaynelights.com are backed by a manufacturer warranty in duration of 1-3 years. You can find additional information in each products description.

7. I need to return my product what should I do?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at elaynelightening@gmail.com and we’ll take you through the process.

8. What if my product arrives damaged?
If by any change your item was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team to receive a refund or a replacement.

9. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-45 days dependent on the product. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

10. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our suppliers - from various different factories including Europe, United States and China.

11. Why did I receive only a part of my order?
Please be aware your order may come in separate packages due to shipping weight restrictions. No worries, the rest of your order should be with you shortly.

12. I have ordered multiple items, however, I have only received one or some are missing?
Sometimes we ship are parcels separately to reduce the costs of shipping we source from various different factories in Europe and United States. You will have multiple tracking numbers, if two weeks has passed since receiving the first and we have not given you your tracking number please contact us at elaynelightening@gmail.com and we will be able to provide an update.
